Enjoy extensive outdoor living on the decks and screened porch. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need for your dream vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Additional Ships Watch amenities include solar heated Olympic size swimming pool, children's pool, hot tub, championship tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, and children's playground and activities. There is a 300 foot sound pier and boat ramp for shallow draft boats Your SW home is completely furnished when you arrive. Fresh bed and bath linens, complete gourmet kitchen, state-of-the-art entertainment system with wet bar and fireplace. For the beach, umbrellas and beach chairs are provided, as well as beach towels, for your convenience.

Lovely Getaway

Phevens is conveniently located between the beach and the pool/courts. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen! Could not have been more relaxing, a world away from from our every day.
