Once you cross onto the OBX over the Wright Memorial Bridge and crest the hill, you are 1000 ft. from your vacation home. We are among the rare oceanside homes located immediately once you cross onto OBX. We do not use a property management company and are able to offer the most amenities and some of the lowest rates in the area. We clean, maintain and inspect rental cottage between tenants and give immediate attention to any issues.

Ocean views and beach access very close to beach cottage. Lie in bed and listen to the ocean waves. Drink your coffee on balcony and smell the ocean air. Take walks to the pier.
