Fully renovated two years ago, this home is peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a one car garage with two spaces in the driveway. And we're walking distance to the Riverwalk and trails for great snowshoeing, hiking and biking!

Right at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, the location is convenient for those who love to hike and rock climb, sightsee, shoot photography, and ski in the winter. Drive around town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions to complete your amazing vacation.

Inside, you will be welcomed by a bright interior with lots of natural light. In the living room, you are invited to gather in front of the smart TV to stream your favorite movie with the family. The fireplace will keep you nice and warm during cold winter days. Enjoy your morning coffee in our secluded private backyard patio as the sun rises over the Rocky Mountains, making memories that will last a lifetime. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will have your back with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you could need to whip up tasty, homemade meals.

The basement offers a secluded spot to unwind complete with smart TV, sectional sofa, a full bathroom, and a private bedroom. The third floor features two additional bedrooms.

Great stay in Edwards

Have family close by so this was a great spot to stay. Place was great, kitchen totally stocked with more then I would have ever needed. Loved having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom so we all had our own space. And being able to do a little laundry and go home with clean clothing was nice. Kids were able to snowboard at both resorts close by. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Neighborhood was peaceful and friendly, lots of people out walking with a dog park nearby too!
