The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room and fully-equipped kitchen, providing a great space for socializing and relaxing.

The four bedrooms boast comfortable queen-sized beds, ready to provide the ultimate night of peaceful sleep. With two bathrooms arranged with new fixtures, one spacious shower and another full-sized tub, morning routines and evening relaxation are convenient and stress-free.

This 4-bedroom unit is equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning in each bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for your entertainment needs. For added convenience, the space also includes a private washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your vacation.

Nestled in a neighborhood community of Mililani, you are a short 20-minute drive to North Shore. You will also have easy access to local attractions, beautiful beaches, and hiking trails. The neighborhood itself offers parks, shopping centers, and dining options within a short drive.

🔑 For your convenience, we have a key-less entry system. Please use the code provided to access the property during your stay. If you have any questions about access, please contact us and we will promptly assist you.

📺 The bedroom televisions are operated with Roku, while the living rooms are equipped with smart TVs that have streaming apps; kindly log in with your personal account details.

📌 Please note that Hawaii is a tropical environment, and critters live amongst the city and the community areas. All of our units are treated with quarterly pest services. However, the sighting of occasional bugs is not un-common. To avoid such occurrences, please keep all windows and doors closed when not in use.

📌 Additionally, please note that it is important to avoid the occurrence of mold. To avoid this, please leave the door to the washing machine open to dry out after each use, as well as bathroom doors or windows after heavy usage. Mahalo!

📌 There are three units at this location, and the driveway may need to be carefully navigated upon multiple occupied spaces.

📌 Additionally, the outdoor spaces are shared and available for all to use. Please be respectful and clean up all rubbish and items after use, to ensure a comfortable and usable space.
No Party Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted within the premises.

Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

We offer a pet-friendly environment. Pets must be approved prior to reservations. Please reach out if you plan to travel with your pet(s). The fee is $100 a pet per stay and $50 for an additional pet for a maximum of (3) pets. If you have an approved pet, please clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

No Shoes Policy: To ensure a clean environment and avoid carpet/rug stains, we do not allow shoes indoors.

Responsibly Flush: Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else (This includes baby wipes and “flushable” baby wipes). Any plumbing clogs will result in a repair fee.
