Beautiful home but….
The listing looked perfect for a family weekend of games, food and tubing with a bar area and separate game room. When we arrived, the code to the game room that was pictured in the listing was not provided. I sent a message to request it and was told that I could not have access if it wasn’t provided. I followed up the following day with a phone call and the management company still did not want to provide it until I told them that it was pictured in the listing. I received a curt reply with the code and no further help or apology for the time we were not able to access the room. While doing final walk through to make sure we packed all of our items, used condoms and trash was found under one of the beds on the main floor. It didn’t appear that a deep cleaning had been done for a while.Several houses around Deep Creek are rented by the same management company, which was not helpful or friendly at all. Listing pictures were not accurate to the accessible rooms.
