The unit was clean, check-in was easy and the host was easy to reach when needed. It was perfect for our stay.

This place is in a good location to explore Greensboro. That being said, there were some issues. The owner has upgraded certain things and other things could use better accommodations. The couch upstairs was stained and had some kind of substance on it. We had to drape something over it. The place had an unpleasant odor and strong smoke smell. The linens were cheap feeling and did not fit the beds. I reached out to the host and his response was “ I can’t control the smell.” and “ you’re welcome to buy some new linens.”. Not a good response that is guest centered. We bought Air sanitizer spray and blankets to fill the gap in service. I will note that Karim did have to help us very late at night with a key/lock issue that was caused by us. That was a bright spot. We had so much going on that we couldn’t find different arrangements.

very comfortable and well-appointed

proximity to the freeway was very convenient, while the neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. checking in was simple and quick. i really appreciated the ammenities like the washer and dryer and the tea kettle.the unit was very clean and comfortably furnished.

Super nice host. Very accommodating as we worked out our travel plans around an athletic event and responsive to our questions and requests. Place is well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable place to stay with everything we needed.
