Terraplen La Posita de Piñonessignated parking spaces, and seamless beach access. Conveniently situated 15 minutes from Wal Mart and 25-30 minutes from San Juan airport. Our apartment boasts an array of luxurious amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, family-sized washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, complimentary WiFi, laundry detergent, air conditioning, four beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, pool toys, coolers, family games, hammock, and two spacious balconies, alongside resort amenities such as a gym, tennis court, two pools, Jacuzzi, clubhouse, and playgrounds.

Love this place! The area is beautiful and very friendly but not touristy it was very much local. A/c was so cold water hot and plenty of accommodations pool basketball courts beach nice

Really great apartment that is conveniently located. Check in instructions were clear, apartment was clean, and had some helpful amenities like parking, a washer/dryer, some toiletries, extra beach towels, sunscreen, a/c in all rooms. Overall a solid choice and I would stay here again.

Excellent for our 1st time in Puerto Rico

This VRBO was a great home away from home for our week in Puerto Rico. Communication with the property owner was seamless and we appreciated the early check in. The condo was clean, secure, and well-equipped with plenty of beach and bath towels, a washer/dryer, hair dryer, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. We only visited the pool once because we were so busy with other adventures but found it to be well-maintained. Thank you, Victoria! We will definitely be back!
