Comfy and great place to stay

Our stay was great.Its very spacious. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Its close to good local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The best ever

Loved the place. Planning next year’s trip with more family & friends. Clean place. Plenty of towels for beach and personal use. Beach chars!!!!We had the best of times while there.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Nice size condo for a family, gated community, a short drive and walk to a fairly secluded beach. We also enjoyed the close proximity to Luquillo and El Yunque. We would definitely stay here again.

Happy with our stay

The apartment was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect. The place was spacious, clean and well maintained. We were a party of 6 and felt comfortable. The host always responded quickly when I asked questions and provided great dinner and beach options. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Rio Grande area.

A/C issues, Hot water issues

The A/C unit in the dining area didn’t work. The A/C unit in the twin bedroom had hot air only. The hall bathroom had hot water issues.

Rio Grande stay

We had a great stay at this location! It was very clean, spaceious. Included all of the necessities that we need to make food (pots ,pans,etc. The pool was also close (2 min walk )as well as the beach (5 mins drive) Our family enjoyed our stay for 2 days.Thank you!

Absolutely perfect

Everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable beds. Emilio was very responsive to questions. Very close to beaches and El Yunque rainforest. Easy driving to San Juan and nearby attractions. Great fruit stand nearby (Frutera Flores) and wonderful restaurants very close. I would highly recommend this condo- and I surely would rent again if I revisit PR. I felt very safe.

Spacious, beautiful and well furnished and equipped apartment. Very comfortable. There is a great restaurant with gorgeous view in walkable distance if you don’t mind walking up quite a slope for about 15 mins. There also are nice quiet beaches in walking distance. But especially women walking in this area in the evening wouldn't be recommended as it is kind’f dark and narrow road. The stay would be even better with a car.
