We live in Fulshear, TX. It is a small suburb on the far west side of Houston. We love visiting the beach and spend a lot of time in Galveston. We love our beach condo and are excited to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
Casa Del Mar is an ideal location for a trip to Galveston. The Seawall location makes for gorgeous ocean views and the beach is only steps away. We also love the location because it is centrally located on the island. Attractions like Moody Gardens, The Strand, and Pleasure Pier are only a short drive away, and there is also so much within walking distance from groceries to souvenirs, coffee, restaurants, shopping, and more!
What makes this property unique
We selected this unit for its location within the complex. It is an interior unit so it is insulated from street noise and flashing lights. It is located in the open and airy rear “wings” of the building so it has both pool and ocean views. We thoughtfully renovated this unit in 2024. We took out the carpet and installed tile floors, fresh paint, new lighting, additional storage spaces, and more.
