Wanted a small great spot to get away and we loved the area, the grounds, multiple pools, heated in off season BONUS....Total remodel of unit down to the studs...then only the best quartz countertops custom shower and designer hired for everything else. Can walk to the pier, seawall, beach, then relax in the pool. Have drinks on the patio and enjoy the ocean breeze its the best condo complex on the island!
What makes this property unique
All 270 units are 1 bedroom 1 bath with built in wall bunk beds. Our unit 189 is entirely new. TOTAL REMODEL brought into 2022 ...wont find an unit in the complex likes 189. All smart features with TV and nest and alexi, CUSTOM stand up shower 86" long with custom shower panel with body sprays and hand wand, low profile toilet, BOSCH refrigerator with ICE maker (not common at CASADELMAR) just a great place to relax. WE LOVE TO LAY OUT AT THE POOL AND WHEN YOUR ICE MELTS AND NEED A REFILL THE UNIT OVELOOKS THE POOL ON 1ST FLOOR SO 2 MINUTE WALK TO GET ICE AND MAKE A NEW DRINK! SUNSCREEN, TOWEL AND DRINK!
