Condo is located on the top floor (end unit) with marsh views and is only 1 mile from the Folly Beach Pier, shopping and restaurants. There are bike lanes in both directions to Folly Beach from the condo. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals including a seafood market and seafood restaurant.

Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Serta Sleepers. Living room has a sectional couch with ottoman, two TVs and a ceiling fan. The full kitchen has 4 stools and is well equipped with quality cookware.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including linen (bedding and bath towels).

Please note this complex does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door.

Parking lot is unassigned, there is a strictly enforced 2 cars maximum per condo. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles are allowed.

The location of this property is key! We stayed as a family of 3, although our son came by from The Citadel in the evenings to hang out. He’s 20 and with the 4 of us, it was a little snug, but for 3 of us, it was perfect. The view is beautiful and the proximity to Folly and downtown Charleston was ideal. There are a lot of stairs, but to get that view, you’d have to have a lot of stairs! Communication was amazing, and so appreciated! I highly recommend for a couple or small family!

Folly Beach Fun

Great location for our trip! Property was clean, nicely furnished, and updated. Was fully warned about the four flights of stairs to get to the property. We will stay here if ever in the area.

Perfect location between beach & Charleston

this property is honestly very underrated from the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice how amazing the view is, and how clean everything is inside. The AC worked really well during 90 degrees weather.you’re about a five minute drive from the beach, Folly Beach, and then 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. on the weekends traffic can be a little bit much getting into the beach, but since you’re so close, it’s not bad at all, maybe adds an extra 5 mins.The host were extremely kind and very good at communicating.
