love this coastal region and my house in Alpedriz a village with medieval roots has a great location.
In a radius of 15km you have,
610meter (Serra dos candeeiros) limestone massif with spectacular caves fauna and flora, beautiful view extending to the ocean even dinosaurs footprints.
The biggest waves recorded in the world, and contrarily to common belief also allot of kids friendly beaches
Historical buildings like Batalha Monastery and Alcobaça Monastery
If you want to travel a bit more (30km) the attractions are endless

What makes this property unique

This house is upper class house from the 50s, with 3 windows facing all sides has a beautiful natural light all day and has small temperature oscillation.
His main materials lime stone, lime mortar, clay ceramic tiles and wood and was restored with the same materials plus with cork flooring, expanded cork isolation and natural fibers.
The patio and balcony are also great places for relaxing have fun and enjoy the village calm life, before or after you enjoy all the local attractions.
