Guests receive complimentary Platinum Pool access for up to 16 guests during the summer season, typically from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool access is located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, VA 22840. Pool schedules and availability may vary based on HOA operations and maintenance.
Additional resort amenities within Massanutten may be available for an additional fee. Advance reservations are recommended for resort activities.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

HOT TUB GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these hot tub guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
No glassware in or around the hot tub
No jumping or diving
Children must always be supervised by an adult
Do not use the hot tub if water temperature exceeds 104°F
Please avoid lotions, oils, and tanning products before use
Use designated pool towels for hot tub use
Replace the cover after each use
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns should consult a physician before using the hot tub

SAUNA GUIDELINES
For guest safety and enjoyment, please follow these sauna guidelines:
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
No food or drinks inside the sauna
Children under 16 are not permitted
Do not use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or blood pressure concerns should consult a physician before use
Recommended session time is 10 minutes

Plenty of space for different activities, did not feel squished. Gaming table was fun. Kitchen was extremely well stocked (over 20 wine glasses), except for scissors. Enough room for 2-3 families to sleep in the house. Great for young kids.

The house was clean and there was plenty of space for our family which was a party of 9 adults and 3 babies. it didn't feel cramped at all. The host replied right away about a concern. We had a wondeful time with all the ammenities.

Wonderful house for a girls trip!

The house was wonderful laid out for our girls trip weekend. Easy access for a wheelchair or walker though the front door. Primary bedroom on the first floor has a large bathroom and walk in shower. Plenty of room for others on two additional floors. We would definitely rent this property again!

We loved this beautiful, colorful house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and cheerful. Our kids (ages 8-18) had a blast in the game room and billiard room. The communication with the host was very friendly, fast and efficient. Highly recommended!

From easy booking, to contactless check-in, to our two wonderful nights in this happy house, the experience was great! The hosts were so communicative and responsive. The kitchen was well-stocked and the grill perfect for our celebratory steak dinner. The open living space featuring a huge sectional sofa and big screen TV were perfect for catching all the weekend's football games. The bedrooms allowed our families to spread out and be comfortable. The game room in the basement was the perfect late evening gathering space, and we enjoyed watching the young people play pool while we serenaded them with karaoke. The hot tub was the cherry on top! We loved our stay here, and were sad that it came so quickly to a close. We would definitely stay again!
