The condo had no hot water. The host didn't reply until checkout time. We could not take a shower prior to leaving.

The condo is gorgeous.Host very responsive and pleasant.Make sure you have your reservation ready for security to get in.Was a bit of a challenge for us.Bottled water is supplied.(dispenser)Hot water is sporadic.(on demand)Location is not great.Off the beaten path.Small grocery a block away.New development and is currently under construction.Staff very pleasant.Camera on balcony.Use Jacaranda Taxi on whatsapp.He is professional and fair.Jascar will take care of you.Use currency exchange downtown for best rate.Should get 42 pesos per Cdn.(as of Feb/Mar 2026)Unit is for sale so owner may request allowing potential buyers to view.We declined and it was no problem.Beds comfortable and well furnished unit.Laundry is in unit.Basic dishes and cookware provided.Would be five stars if not for location and challenge getting past security when we arrived.Use google translator and get a dominican esim or sim card at airport with data.You will need it when off site.Wifi onsite.Taxi to beach is around 600 pesos.Not within walking distance to beach.Small pool and lounge chairs on site.Unit looks brand new and is clean and comfortable.
