Beautiful place condo is very clean has everything that you need owner is very accommodating and property manager was there any time we needed anything. Stayed for 7 days and booked for next year. This place is a hidden gem highly recommend it

We had a really wonderful stay weeklong in this property and this unit. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful through WhatsApp. As well, there's an English speaking (expat) on-site manager for this unit who brought us extra towels and drinking water, and was also extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. The unit itself is completely renovated. A water cooler is provided (it offers cold water and boiling water for instant coffee or tea). We loved the fully stocked kitchen and made use of the coffee maker, cooktop, and air fryer daily. There is a keurig machine, but you would need to bring your own pods. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer as we were able to do laundry at the end of the week. All of the furniture is brand new so everything was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We ate breakfast out on the balcony each morning, which was lovely. The pool is a few steps down the path with both full sun areas as well as shaded, surrounded by palm trees, and it features a swim up bar! There is a shelter with tables and chairs, a palapa with hammock and tables and chairs, and an outdoor (clean!) toilet! There's also an outdoor foot / wash shower facility next to the pool to minimize the amount of sand carried back inside each unit.The parking lot had plenty of space for our rental car, and the complex boasts 24-hour security guards. There is also a convenience space for trash / recycling at the top of the parking lot. Overall we were extremely happy!

Why they chose this property

I choose this neighborhood because of its location. It is very close to the airport, less than a 5 min drive. But it is also very close to downtown Sosua, just a 5 -10 minute drive to the main strip. I can also walk 10 minutes to a very secluded beach or I can drive 20 mins and enjoy Cabarette and Kite Beach with all its water sports and beach side restaurants. Sosua beach with all its action is 8 mins drive away. Groceries and small restaurant is just a ten minutes walk East. Also the condo property is very relaxing. Before it was turned into a condo, it was actually a resort previously. It has a resort feel but also a close nit family vibe to it, all the neighbors wave and say hello. Very welcoming.

What makes this property unique

My condo is recently renovated with the top of the line of Western comforts, while nestled in a very relaxed Carribean close nit condo community. The condo is full of quiet but social expats from mostly America, Canada and Europe. There are a couple small local families there as well. A recent guest of mine from Canada, told me that he went ocen fishing with another family he met at the condo, and had the best time of his life. Hearing these types of stories are very rewarding for me as a host!
