Tastefully decorated with gas fireplace in living room with beautiful plantation shutters. Private back yard/paved patio with fountain and fire pit. Directly across the street from lush green park, Crosscut Canal Park with paved walking/bike path. Perfect for a morning jog or bike ride. Bikes and scooters available. Very close to shopping at Biltmore and Scottsdale Fashion Center. Hike close by at Camelback Mountain. Take a day trip to Sedona, just 2 hour drive or Flagstaff for skiing. Go to Phoenix Zoo and Downtown just minutes away. Close to all the expressways and Sky Harbor. Non smoking. No pets.
