Great, experience from communication to the stay and accommodations. It was a clean, comfortable space within a very short walking distance to town.

The house was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and clean, and everything was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the VRBO pin was inaccurate (listed the street direction wrong) and we'd planned activities and dining around that, but they all ended up being a short drive away. We were close to amazing restaurants and activities, and less than 10 minutes from Chase Field to see some games. My only other feedback would be to bring a sound machine or earplugs, as there is a nightclub across the street and we could hear the bass late into the night. Not a big deal but just a tip. Finally, the host was outstanding with communication. We would stay here again.

The only negative was that I did not have control of the temperature set on the thermostat.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this home. It has been updated recently and has plenty of room for 4-6 people. The hot tub and courtyard area (shared with another cottage on property) were great as well. We were asked to delay check-in until 5 (no big deal), but the home still wasn’t ready when we showed up at 6. The neighborhood is older and not the safest feeling, though it is extremely convenient to downtown.

Nice, comfortable house, well-maintained, close to ASU and Downtown PHX.One thing to note: when navigating to the property, make sure you go to SOUTH 3rd St., not N. 3rd St., which was indicated on one of our VRBO documents.Host is super responsive with any questions. Kitchen is ample. Laundry works well. Tip: Check out Coffee Drunk coffee shop, a short walk up Grant. Good drinks and nice people. Definitely recommend this property, would stay here again.
