Think there was issues with the previous guest. Went to check in at 4pm and house wasn't ready till 5pm. Yard needed mowing and trees growing wild. This all caused a lot of mosquitos. Every time you open the door a half dozen would get in the house and bite us as we slept. The bed in the first room was broken and mattress was on the floor. The cleaning lady was still trying to clean up and check in time and stated she had told the owner to contact us prior to our arrival. The owner didn't respond to my message until late that night. I understand things beyond your control happens. But that's when you communicate and give us a heads up.

The previous guest checked out late, was very messy, and and broke some things. My team fixed it all, but they did need a little more time. I talked to the guest and they agreed to go to diner. There have been more mosquitos in San Angelo this year due to higher than usual mosture. Everything was addressed and we take pride in doing whatever we must to get the property in top shape.
