Cozy, simple and laidback! Open living room with lots of natural light from the big window on the front porch, full kitchen with essential utensils, glass door leading to the back patio, full laundry, full bathroom.
Large dog crate available in the laundry room.
Perfect for fishing trips, road trips, family gathering! Close to everything within a short drive, 10min to the beach and boat ramp, 5min from grocery store, only 14min to downtown. Surrounded by many local restaurants.
Plenty of space outside with all fenced in yard, great for pets and children to play outside while you can enjoy a morning coffee seating on the front porch!
