Owner was very easy to reach - even after hours. I had a question regarding TV (trying to find March Madness tourney!) and texted after hours (expecting to be able to address next day) and they responded right away. I didn't expect that for a certain non-emergency issue, but I did appreciate it - and it provides comfort on how quickly they would respond in an actual emergency. Thank you!

This is is a quiet neighborhood near a ton of walking trails. I love this area because you get to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city a bit but are still close enough to get downtown in 10 mins!

What makes this property unique

This home is stylishly designed and if you need to get some work done too, its perfect. The large fenced in back yard and dog park nearby make it a great spot to bring your fur baby along!
