This is a residential area and it is very peaceful. Please not parties, fireworks, smoking or hooting and hollering.

All water activities are at the guest sole risk. The kayaks are available to use with life vests only and at the risk of the guest. Hold Harmless must be signed. Maryland DNR requires that all people using any watercraft motorized or not motorized are required to wear a life vest. Lifevest are located in the basement. There are two adult and two children vests.
