This place was absolutely perfect. Exactly as advertised in a great location. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Great stay for families as its close enough for amazing day trips Sanibel and offers an extremely relaxing home base. Definitely will be coming back.

The house is exactly like the pictures and descriptions on the site. Arrival was smooth and the neighborhood felt safe. The kayaks and bikes were a big plus that my young teenagers enjoyed. The house is spacious for any large family with plenty of parking. The pool was clean and fabulous for relaxing. I want to thank the host for sharing such a beautiful home with us!

A wonderful property with every amenity imaginable. We were only there for a couple of nights but everything was as described and very modern and very clean. Nice neighborhood, nice home and beautiful decor. Would highly suggest and will re-book on our next, longer stay!

My wife and I really enjoyed our week-long stay in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean, and the pool/lanai area with outdoor kitchen exceeded our expectations. We cooked several meals outside on the awesome grill. Tom is a great host/owner and is easy to reach if you need anything. The neighbors are very friendly people and we always felt safe and welcome. If we had to mention anything negative, it would be that the kitchen could benefit from a new set of knives and cooking utensils for people who want to make most of their own meals in the house. We would stay here again without a doubt. Thanks Tom!

Winter Get Away

The house had everything we needed for a really fun and relaxing vacation!! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and the adults loved the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!
