From the moment you step inside, you will feel at home. The open floor plan allows for easy flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking a delicious meal. Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the full pot coffee maker, and enjoy your breakfast around the dining table that seats 6, with an additional 2 seats at the bar area.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and designed for comfort. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a 40` TV, and a cozy chair for reading or watching TV. The attached master bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaker tub for ultimate relaxation.

The remaining three bedrooms are equally inviting, with one queen bed in the second bedroom and bunk beds with XL twins on top and queen beds on the bottom in the third and fourth bedrooms. These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.

This magnificent home also boasts a pantry and laundry room with a washer and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays. And as a bonus, there is a large ice machine so you never have to run out to the store for more ice.

No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, TV outages, internet outages etc.
For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify
problems that may occur while you are in the home. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems.
No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame.
The Five A is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
By your confirmation, guests booking The Five A are hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
