Our newly renovated apartment is located on the south side of city walls (in a 17th century house) fits 2 - 4 people, has a beautiful sea view and is located 100 meters from main street Stradun, in a close proximity to many beaches (Buza bar) and island Lokrum.
The house of 60 square meters, consists of a ground floor and two floors, each 20 square meters, equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor is a bathroom with washing machine, towels, hygienic supplies, then the kitchen completely equipped. On the first floor is the living room equipped with cable television, dvd, pc. It has a sofa bed, which, when it is needed the bed is 160 cm wide, equipped with a memory foam so it is more comfortable than a real bed. On the second floor is a room with a bed 160 cm wide and beautiful view of the sea and islands.
The apartment is the great choice for families or couples, which need comfortable accommodation.

Why they chose this property
This house means lot to me. I'm born in this house and i lived there with my parents until i got married. Living inside of city walls is somenthing very special, sun on windows, sea infront of you, seagulls in the morning. My neigbours are so nice local people, always sitting outdoor, and very hospitable. Nigts are so quite, because it's not right in center, still everything is so close and walking distance.
House is very suitable for couples as well as four members familys.

House is on the city walls, beach Buza is just 80 metars from you, and museums , historical monuments and social activitys( restaurants, coffe shops, supermarket, green market) are 3 minutes walking distance.
