Apartment with the amazing view over the Old Town and Lokrum island

Situated in the peaceful residential area of the historic Old Town of Dubrovnik, apartment Monika offers amazing sea view over the town rooftops and famous Dubrovnik city walls. Spend relaxing afternoons on the large terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Main street Stradun is two minutes away, and the property is situated only 5 minutes away from the sandy beach Banje. Buza beach bar is situated just in front of the building.
The apartment consists of comfortable living room with modern fully equipped kitchen and two spacious bedrooms equipped with two king size beds. There are two bathrooms and the apartment is fully air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. The apartment is located on the sea side, and is reached via small city streets. Be prepared for the many stairs that lead you from the main street Stradun (there are about 150 of them to be exact) to the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city walls.

The historic center is full of tourist attractions such as Rector's Palace, Onofrio’s Fountain and Orlando’s Column...Numerous picturesque bars and restaurants can be found within narrow streets of Dubrovnik.Pile Bus Stop is set 200 m away, Cable Car Srđ is also at a distance of 200 m. Public parking area is just outside the city walls. Dubrovnik Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are 4 km from the apartment.
Old Town is a great choice for travelers interested in architecture, food and history.

This apartment in the old walled city of Dubrovnik is top notch with a deck with Million dollar view. Loved sunset and the early morning coffee on the deck. Outstanding full service host!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in the best location with incredible views of the city walls. Communication was clear and easy and our host helped us set up our airport transfer. The apartment was very clean and they let us come drop our bags early so we could explore before we officially checked in. If you are traveling with large bags, definitely consider getting the porter service to help, it is quite a few stairs to get up! We would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Dubrovnik!

I few less cushions and few more pillows would be good. I know it’s an extra cost but my advice to all accommodations is just a small milk in the fridge would make big difference in arrival especially with all the stairs. But we loved the stay and Majia was awesome meeting us in the square and walking us up!

If you want premium accommodation, this apartment fits the bill.The hosts have been very, very thoughtful and provided everything you need when you check-in.All the facilities and amenities were excellent. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after walkabout in Dubrovnik on a hot day.There was a local power cut and hosts contacted electrical company to have it sorted within a couple of hours.One of the great pleasures was greeting the City Wall walkers each morning from 08.00-10.00 with a cup of coffee on the patio as we planned our days activities - you see all sorts, all nationalities.One word of caution (and insight) - you will leave fitter than you arrived. I would recommend small/medium sized luggage although you can take large suitcases if you want a challenge (as we did).I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone travelling to Dubrovnik and would definitely book it again in the future.

We had a lovely stay here and we were so lucky with the weather and it really did make all the difference to our holiday. Check in and out was really simple and great communication throughout. Really helpful that they arrange a pick up and drop off for us and it made our transfer to and from the airport simple and easy.

INCREDIBLE location! The balcony view of the old city walls and the sea is breathtaking. Everything well appointed. Everything you could ever need. Be sure to use their porter service as there are many steps to get there!

Mari and Marija were both terrific. Lots of great suggestions and the apartment was pretty much perfect for our family of four adults. Restaurant and shopping options were convenient and plentiful. All in all, a near-ideal rental!

Amazing location!!!!A lot of steps and slugging to get there but the stay is worth the work!!!Right down from Buža Bar and amazing sea views!!Evenings on the patio with cigars and whisky were exceptional!!!

Great spot with beautiful views.Maro went out of his way to help us organize porters(well worth the money).Our flight was delayed so we arrived 6 hours later than expected. Maro had driver meet us at airport and porters there when we arrived.Very clean! Would stay here again

Amazing condo on old town

The condo had an amazing view and was very close to the sights and restaurants of old town. It had two master bedrooms/bathrooms, perfect for two couples. Very nice and would stay again. Marija was a great help and organized transportation for us as well.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we slept great. It was so nice to be on the top floor and enjoy the terrace and the view. We didn't mind the stairs at all.

Beautiful view, lovely apartment, great hosts!

Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but the view and the apartment are well worth it. Great location and amenities. Hosts were so helpful in arranging our ride from the airport and met us at Ploče Gate to guide us to the apartment. I have recommended to friends already!

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The owner arranged for transport from airport and porters to carry bags which I would strongly encourage if a bit older like us. Highly recommend.

The apartment was better than expected. It was fully furnished w all we needed for breakfast and happy hour. We loved having a washer and drying rack. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The patio has amazing views, awning and furniture for a much needed respite fr Dubrovnik’s hustle. The stairs to the unit are the only downside. Getting a porter to bring them would be worth it if you can find one (we didn’t!)
