Parking right in front of your steps up to the apartment. True high-speed wifi. Smart TVs to use your streaming services (no cable/dish). Electronic fireplace. Efficiency washer/dryer combo in unit with access to larger machines downstairs if needed. 50-gallon water heater. New furniture, appliances, utensils, linens. Regular pot and Keurig coffee makers. This apartment is part of a 3-unit building. On the bay-side (opposite, non-beach side) of the building, upstairs is a 1 bed apartment with a long-term tenant. The bottom/ground floor of the building is a commercial space occupied by Island Espresso coffee (and more!) shop. Close beach access is a short walk away at the lighthouse park at E Chili Blvd and at E 3rd St (few people even on busiest weekends of the year). Owners are purchasing the gulf-side house ("skinny mini") directly across the street and beach access available by private boardwalk directly across the street from the steps up to your apartment as shown in the ariel photos. No smoking inside the apartment.

This apartment is awesome. The beds are comfortable. It’s nice and cool. Had everything we needed and the coffee downstairs was amazing. Perfect location just walking distance to everything. Next time we come here. We are definitely stay here again and we’re telling our friends.
This was an outstanding property. It is close to everything on the island and the recommendations for local places were spot on. Key positives: the host is very communicative on preparing, arriving, and departure. The amenities were spot on. The beach was excellent.

My husband, small dog and I stayed here for four nights and everything was just wonderful. Comfortable and cozy and Brandion was an excellent host! The location is close to all we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was exactly as represented and the location was perfect!! Brandon was responsive and helpful. The unit was a bit noisy - we could hear the other occupants next door at times, but it was nice, new, and clean. We eat in usually for breakfast and lunch on vacation. The kitchen had essentials as far as dishes and cookware, but nothing in the way of any basics, so bear that in mind if you plan on any cooking or grilling. As frequent Vrbo travelers, this was a first for me. We had brought condiments, but there were no staples like salt & pepper, cooking spray, spices, coffee, foil, Saran Wrap, etc. I don’t expect abundant cooking supplies, but most places at least have basic essentials for those that wish to make a meal or warm leftovers. We did enjoy walking to nearby shops & restaurants (including ice cream right across the street), which was super convenient.The beach caddy was a great bonus and we enjoyed the beach chairs and towels. Overall, great experience!

It was amazing. Such a nice place right across the street from the beach. Recently renovated and clean. Perfect sized place for two adults, a teenager and our dog. Brandon was incredibly communicative, got back to us really fast with any questions. Really could not ask for more. When we go back to SGI, rest assured I'll be trying to stay here again.
My husband and I, and our 3 children stayed for a week for our oldest sons 10 th birthday! It's very well maintained with all the necessities of home, and a great location to the beach, all the shops, and park!
The property is in a very nice spot with a short walk to most shops and places to eat, as well as the beach. Host was very communicative and great with us and we didn’t have to reach out and ask for anything. All directions were clear and we had zero issues the whole trip. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this place to anyone visiting!
The location is perfect, close to everything and you can walk if you choose. Beach access is steps away from the front door. Beautiful condo, very well done and beautifully decorated. The fireplace is amazing and came in handy since it was chilly. Would stay here again.

We are so impressed with this rental property! We can’t wait to book it again for our next trip to St. George. The house was clean with updated appliances and features. The beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious and the kitchen was clean and had great utensils and appliances. The best part is that it’s right near two different beach access points. Our stay at this beautiful condo on Saint George Island was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, Brandon was incredibly helpful—answering questions and making sure everything was just right. His father was also so friendly and welcoming, which added a warm, personal touch to our trip.The condo itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Pictures are spot on! We even got a thoughtful text offering early check-in, which was such a nice surprise and let us start our vacation stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything but still peaceful. We were steps away from great dining and shops, and morning coffee at Island Espresso quickly became a favorite treat (so yummy!).My family was definitely envious of our gorgeous condo—I honestly found myself imagining living there. It felt like home, and I truly didn’t want to leave. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend!
The property was clean and well organized. I would recommend adding a pitcher to make lemonade or juice to the stocked cabinets. I only drink Crystal Light and could not find a pitcher to make in. I did hear some type of music well into our last night (Thursday, July 24) which kept me from getting a good night's sleep. Sounded like piano, jazz type music faintly coming from downstairs it seemed. My daughters heard it in the morning so it wasn't just me! Like a sound system had been accidentally left on. Other than those 2 very minor things, we loved the unit and the St. George area very much. Would recommend highly!

We are from South Georgia and St. George Island is the closest nice beach to our hometown. And we love St. George Island for being "not busy" and laid back all year. So we used to drive down for day trips often. We wanted to find a place for us to stay on the island but did not feel that purchasing a property just for our use would be a worthwhile use of funds. So we began looking for affordable short-term rental options, realized that few nice options are available on the island without renting a whole big house (which can be expensive), and then began to invest in multi-unit island properties (which are few on the island). We enjoy fixing up places, making and keeping them nice places to stay for our guests. Our father now lives full-time on St. George Island and is in the process of opening a new store and restaurant on the island in one of our buildings.
