There are new 32" Smart HDTVs every bedroom plus a new 55" Utra 4K Smart HDTV and Blueray on the main floor. The home has FREE cable & WiFi throughout.

A charming outdoor terrace is surrounded by lush landscaping with a heated pool, chaise lounges, dining table & chairs and a new Weber grill. The yard is fenced for ultimate privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and amenities. There are all white linens, extra blankets and pillows and comfortable new mattresses. Detergents and soaps included.

City Place/Rosemary Square, with its colorful fountains, live entertainment nightly, numerous shops, restaurants and posh movie theaters and Palm Beach island with its elegant boutiques and art galleries along Worth Avenue are less than a 10 minute drive. Clematis St in Downtown West Palm Beach has live theater, restaurants and is the hub for special festivals throughout the year. Newly remodeled Kravis Center for the Performing Arts with opera, symphony orchestras and top talent as well as the Norton Museum are only minutes away.

Great, clean property! We had 3 couples stay here for a visit to WBP for a friend’s birthday. It was close to everything, very clean, exactly as advertised. On a nice dead end street. The only odd thing is that a full sized car cannot fit in the driveway, but there is ample parking on the street.

Very happy to have stayed here over the December 2019 holiday break. House spotless and inviting, and everything was exactly as represented and what we hoped for. Location ideal for everything we wanted to do with proximity to restaurants and activities in West Palm and on the Island. The backyard pool is inviting and private, and I would only note that in Winter, if you want sun, it is extremely limited. Some prefer to relax without the sun, and this would be ideal for you, at least in the winter months.

The second I walked into this house, I knew I would not be staying there. Although the house was immaculate, it definitely was not as expected. The furniture is very uncomfortable and “sterile”. That’s the overall vibe of this house. The outdoor space is non-existent and you can barely open the door without steeping into the pool. There is not one inch of grass for a dog to even use the bathroom in the back yard. I reached out to the house manager who was very polite and professional to voice my displeasure. Due to the fact that I booked Christmas week, I was not able to get a refund for anything other than the two days I booked to stay a couple of extra days prior to my original reservation. While I understand this is a business, when you pay this kind of money for a rental, you expect the comforts that go along with that price tag. The space is very small and misleading in the pictures. The backyard is non-existent and the home is at the end of a dead end coming off of a very busy street.I am aware this review reflects nothing more than personal preference. However, one should hope that accommodations match the price tag, which in this case, I feel they grossly do not.The positives are that the house is well maintained and clean. The house management and owners are very polite and professional. Just not at all what I expected and didn’t even stay a single night and walked away from a lot of money.

Contemporary sleek private oasis

The contemporary home is very well furnished and classy. The art work creates the feeling of a art gallery. The back yard is mostly private with a nice 8 x 26 heated pool. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The beds are very comfortable! The home is well stocked with the items you need. It is very efficient. The flex area upstairs works very well for a work space or sizable makeup area. The grill was clean and ready to grill on. This property is very well done. One of the best private rentals I have ever stayed in! Thank you for providing an amazing property!!

Was nice. Clean but small. The pool was very dirty when we got there and was told someone would be there to clean it and no one showed up so we did it ourselves. Also the recycling was full from previous guest and one of the two garbage bins was also full. There was trash all around the pool and we tried to get most of it. Plastic champagne glasses, balloons, paper. Just needs a little attention to detail and could be a great place to stay

Palm Beach Gem

This house is all it is in the photos. It is architect designed which means the spaces are well thought out and proportionate. The third bathroom downstairs off the small study is genius. From the thoughtfulness of the door detectors on the French doors alerting anyone to departure or entry to the extra towels and sheets and the convenient upstairs laundry closet in the hall, this is a well thought out rental home. Kristen was quick to respond to our needs. The jasmine and orchids growing in the back yard are the icing on the cake of a lovely garden with barbecue and outdoor seating for 6. thank you for a lovely stay, I will highly recommend this rental to my friends.

The location forgot to clean 1/2 the house

Well we checked in and noticed one bedroom was still dirty and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Fast forward to the next morning a cleaning lady came to the house to finish up. She then went on to tell me I checked in a day early and the propert manager would be in touch. Obviously, they were mistaken. Also, there is a flight path directly over the house, which was left out of the property description.

Perfect House for a Sunny Vacation

This vacation home was perfect for us! We were 2 families with one kid each and it met and exceeded our needs! The linens, towels, kitchen items are all brand new and in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some! We loved the open floor plan so we could all hang out and eat, drink, play etc together. The pool and deck are perfect for a leisurely afternoon for a quick dip, BBQ, and soaking up the sun! There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and we could even place the babies in a separate room than us. The hosts were great in responding and keeping touch for any questions and had OJ, wine, coffee and creamer to start us off! The location is close to everything in Palm beach, just 5-10 minutes from most places and 2 minutes from freeway. Grocery store is just a mile away - very convenient! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful modern house in great location!

Our extended family of 6 adults spent the past four days at the Lytton House. It truly exceeded our expectations in every sense. The house is decorated in crisp white with modern features, and beautiful artwork adorning the walls - at the same time, it is very functional and comfortable. Whether we gathered poolside to enjoy a glass of wine, or watched television while others played a card game, the house functioned perfectly. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us privacy and our own 'space' as we all prepared for a family wedding. It is a short walk to the beach, and has access to a paved asphalt path along the inter-coastal waterway. A grocery store is a short drive down Southern Blvd, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making meals very easy. While we ate all of our dinners out, it has a nice gas grill on the pool deck and barbeque grill tools for guests to enjoy. I would strongly recommend the Lytton House for those seeking a rental in West Palm Beach, and will return when we are in town!
