Our unit is centrally located to all the West Valley Spring Training Cactus League baseball games, close to State Farm Stadium, many golf courses and walk to restaurants.

This property has ultimate privacy with bedrooms on opposite sides of the home each with their own bathroom.

In between the bedrooms are all the common spaces like the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room and giant courtyard, that you'll want to spend time in.

The property is very spacious and roomy at over 1,600 square feet. There are three convenient and large sliding doors that lead to the courtyard from throughout the home.

Guests will have exclusive access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and entire private courtyard. Additionally, parking is available on the driveway (2 spaces) or the public street in front of the property.
