Very nice property for the price. Beautiful new decks and pool with hot tub. Lots of room and a place get privacy even with a large group. The kitchen was on the second floor which made it difficult for the older members of the family. Bathrooms are quite small and only having four was difficult for our large group. Two masters are very nice and roomy. Close to the beach and in a fairly quiet area which was nice for our kids!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house needs a complete deep clean & dusting. The walls have a layer of dust on them. The mattresses were like sleeping on concrete. The grill needs replaced. The air filters and covers look like they are never replaced. The floors were filthy 😳. We had to wipe up spilled drinks and the white wash cloth turned black. We had several guest wake up with ants crawling on them. We paid for the pool to be heated and it wasn't. We had to use the spa to heat the pool.

Great Property

Awesome place, great pool, and beachfront. Small issue with Hot Tub not really heating up, but in July it’s really not an issue. Everyone loved the place.

Great pool and hot tub

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We has a few hiccups that were addressed relatively quickly. The house had some spots that needed cleaning and we did find several bugs throughout the week. The outdoor areas were excellent. The beach area was large and not crowded

Large family with variety of ages

We were not huge fans for a commercialized area but the house fit our needs. The pool was very nice. The AC worked well.

Everything was nice .. quick responses on arising issues but taken care of quickly .. only thing i can suggest is curtains on windows even with blinds closed the sun beamed thru the bedroom window's making it hot

Dated house at excellent location

We had a great time at the beach. Pool and hot tub were big hit for everyone. House is dated. Rooms are small. Lots of stairs so not good for elderly with mobility issues.

Family Vacation 2026

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have taken an annual family vacation to Myrtle Beach each summer since 1988. This year we decided to stay oceanfront with a pool, a gift to us for our 50th wedding anniversary, and also to a granddaughter graduation college, and a grandson graduating from H.S. One of the many things we enjoy is night time TV movie time (popcorn, smores, etc.). We were without internet service (TV) not matter what we tried almost 6 out of the 7-day stay. We called on Sunday, and the issue was partly resolved on Thursday, it was still intermittenent. After being asked several times, did management contact Spectrum to come out, and they discovered the problem and did a temporary fix, a new drop needed to be installed. This was very disheartening to be without family evening TV time we have always enjoyed. The bathrooms are so small with no counter space for your bathroom necessities (barely could fit a bottle of handsoap on the sink. Space between toilet and sink very small. Stairs are an issue for elderly family members, the kitchen is upstairs. The overal cosmetic wood paneling walls and ceiling a little overwhelming, more cabin, then summer house. I will give the pool a 10, it is beautiful and the hot tub was very nice. I have to say it was kind of a let down for the money paid which I'm sure internet is part of the price. :(

Great spring break

The property was just as described online. The location was quiet, aside from nearby construction which is no fault of the property owner, and the access to the beach was perfect. My family enjoyed the pool once the heater kicked in and the hot tub was a relaxing retreat in the evenings. The views of the beach were great from the deck and the balcony upstairs as well. The kitchen was well stocked and furnished and the furniture and other amenities were great too. We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing family vacation.

Great Location Beach House

Great location, great pool, roomy, lots of bathrooms. Would had liked more electrical outlets and vents in the bathrooms and kitchen. Floor to ceiling paneling made the house too dark. Must be willing to climb stairs since the kitchen is on the top floor.

Admirals Roost

We were very happy with the house and location. The rental office was great. Very friendly and helpful. They provided almost everything we needed. The only thing I would add to the home is an outside eating area. Maybe a picnic table, pool level, under the deck. A total of 14 of us and we never ran out of space. Highly recommend!
