Log Cabin - Cozy, Quaint & Scenic and Ready for Your Enjoyment!

Thanks for the positive review! I’m happy the cabin is situated fairly close to several great downhill ski areas (Okemo, Magic, Stratton & Bromley) and a little further to Killington. Glad you had a chance to enjoy the mountains. 🌲⛄️🌲🏂🌲⛷️🌲

Thanks Joe, I agree ! It’s a great little getaway place, worthy of your five star review. 🤪⛄️👍

I know what you mean. There’s nothing like enjoying the radiant heat of the wood stove burning, especially if sipping a cup of hot chocolate and relaxing from some vigorous outdoor activity in the Vermont countryside. You certainly can do that at the cabin with the free, cut wood provided. I do it every chance I can in the wintertime! Gene, the Jellybean - owner

I knew you’d like it! Thanks, Gene - owner 🌲😁🌲❄️🌲

Thanks for your shining review of my little gem in ski country! Winter fun and summer joy makes it ideally situated for getaway relaxing with family or friends. Glad you enjoyed yourselves ... and please come back again! Thanks, Gene, the Jellybean (aka: owner).

Glad you enjoyed yourselves! I agree, the cabin is a great spot to enjoy the outdoors and be comfy warm when you want to “chill” indoors. Rendezvousing with friends makes it even more enjoyable. Yes, please do come back again. Thanks, Gene - owner

Yeah, what’s better than an old fashioned, rustic, real log cabin with a wood stove, that’s sportsman themed with antlers, a ruffed grouse, a front porch with rocking chairs, board games, a guitar & accordion for your use, a couple of fish and a singing deer on the wall? Well, it’s my cabin, that will bring back fond memories of a past era, yet let you enjoy all the modern conveniences you are used to, like electricity, fresh well water, warm furnaces, a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, 2 TV’s, 2 DVD players, 2 smart speakers, flush toilets, and a shower for two. Glad you and the children loved the cabin, just as I do. Come back again! Gene - Owner Extraordinaire

Well, I’m glad you enjoyed your visit. I strive to make it pleasant, cozy, & comfortable for visitors, just as I do for myself when I utilize the cabin personally. I like a clean place with a well stocked supply of amenities. That’s why I try to provide the same for my guests. Thanks for your comments and desire to come back again. The cabin is great during every season of the year (even mud season, though some folks would disagree with me on that. - ha, ha!).

Thanks for the nice review. I knew you’d enjoy the coziness of the cabin. It’s really charming and a cool little getaway hideaway, close to the ski mountains. Please do come back. It’s wonderful in the summer too. Best, Gene, the Jellybean - owner 🌲🤪🌲⛷🌲⛄️🌲🏂🌲❄️🌲

Thanks for the honest review. It’s nice to hear folks, like yourself, appreciate the amenities and character of the cabin. Glad you found it close enough to the ski areas to have a fun time and good exercise. An added bonus would be ApreSki time by the warmth of the woodstove , with a beverage of your choice. Please visit again,. The cabin is great in the summer and fall too! Gene, the Jellybean - owner 🌲🤪🌲⛄️🌲

Glad you enjoyed the cabin! Yeah, I had to decide what was more important: WiFi in an Outhouse or WiFi in a warm bathroom with a flush toilet. It was a tough choice, but chose the latter. Thought about putting a crescent moon cutout in the bathroom door, but decided for privacy sake, not to do that. Have fun, take care! Gene, the Jellybean- owner 🌲🤪🌲🎃🌲

Thanks for the wonderful comments! As you already know, you are a five star guest, whom I would always recommend to any other host. Cleanliness seems to be your specialty and I am grateful for that. Please come again, … and I mean it! P.S. Note that a mistake was made in your Overall rating saying it was four stars, when it actually should have been checked FIVE Stars. Sincerely, Gene - owner of Gene’s Little Log Cabin

Wow, you found the old guest book! Yes, I’ve been letting folks enjoy my cabin for quite some time. Since on-line reviews came aboard, people hardly write their wonderful experiences in the book anymore, … let alone find it on a shelf. Glad you did! Also glad you got to hear “Bucky”, the singing deer. Thanks for the nice comments, … and please come back again. You’ve experienced the Fall foliage so, now it’s time to think about the Winter snow, Summer sunshine and Spring rain, that all make for unique & memorable memories in and around the cabin. I appreciate your visit. Gene, the Jellybean - owner. 🌲🤪🌲🎃🌲⛄️🌲💕🌲🧸🌲

Want an enjoyable experience? Try winter skiing at the nearby resorts with a return for après-ski to relax at my cozy cabin. Sounds like that’s exactly what you did! Glad you liked the location and the wildlife. Please come back again during the summer & fall, when Vermont offers a totally different, but equally enjoyable experience. Gene, the Jellybean 🌲⛄️🌲⛷🌲🤪🌲🏂🌲
