This beautiful new luxury beachfront condo is located within the gated community of Villa Magna, Nuevo Vallarta on the beautiful white sands of one of the largest and most beautiful bays in the world (Banderas Bay).

This 1st floor (one above ground) 2316 Square foot condo is a perfect get-away for friends, families, and honeymooners. Nuevo Vallarta (Mexico's Pacific Treasure) is rapidly being acknowledged as a destination in its own right.

They say that paradise is a state of mind. When all of the ingredients are of the highest quality, it can also be a place.

This is a place that seems to offer each unique guest their own ideal vacation blend of relaxation and exhilaration; tranquility and activity.

It is a prime location for those looking for adventure, excitement, and most of all a sizzling good time. The nightlife in Puerto Vallarta is a short taxi ride away but is sure to excite any individual. It is also minutes away from Paradise Plaza Shopping Center and a 25 minute taxi ride to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

This 4 bedroom condo is equipped with 4 1/2 bathrooms (ladies you'll love it!).

Dining/Kitchen:
The kitchen has lovely granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Espresso Machine, Blender, Food Processor, Air Fryer, Rice Cooker, Hand Mixer, Pots & Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, and Cooking Utensils.

Living Room:
The NEW furniture is very comfortable in a spacious living area, equipped with a 55" Smart TV. Step outside onto your very own terrace and enjoy the wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean, or simply pull up a chair, relax and enjoy a nice book with the sound of the waves.

Master Suite:
In the master suite enjoy the comfort of a KING size bed. Sit and relax in the comfort of your very own Jacuzzi or simply open your private patio doors to the terrace and enjoy the morning sunrise.

Bedroom #2: Consists of a KING size bed, private bathroom with shower, and a large closet space.

Bedroom #3: Consists of a KING size bed, private bathroom with shower and a walk in closet.

Bedroom #4: Consists of a bunk bed, single on double. It also has its own private bathroom.

All rooms have individual air conditioning units which are BRAND NEW.

Retractable screens on all doors.

PATIO is very spacious. Consists of 2 lounge chairs and a hammock swing for relaxing in the bright sunshine. Also comes with a patio grill for your enjoyment.

The apartment comes with its own hair dryer, towels, beach towels, 2 Pack 'n' Plays with bedding, washer/dryer and grill.

This apartment is a Non Smoking Apartment.

NO Pets and NO unaccompanied students under age 25. There is a security camera at the door entrance for security. This camera is not to be touched.

Please note: The use of the restaurants and bars is available at the hotel with the purchase of a day pass for the all inclusive (24hrs eat and drink).

SUMMER MONTHS (July through September), you will be required to pay the utilities to the property manager upon check out.

Perfect Paradise

HUGE condo (we were two couples and did not use all the space), beautifully decorated, kitchen amenities were well above average, very comfortable beds, huge showers, loads of towels, gorgeous balcony and that view! This location was perfect, easy access to enter and we felt very safe. The pool area is another easy 10/10, just a great spot to kick back and get kissed by the sun. The host was gracious and we cannot wait to return. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us.

This condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We did most of our own cooking. Mandy was so easy to deal with and answered any questions we had. All the bedrooms had their own bathroom. We were there with our daughter and family. I would highly recommend this unit. We would give it a 10 out of 10.

Perfect Location

This property was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our weeklong family vacation. The proximity to the pool and beach was excellent for our family, which included two young children, and the condo was extremely well-appointed. We appreciated all the little extras that come with this unit... high-quality towels and sheets, a Dyson vacuum for picking up all the sand from the beach, tons of huge beach towels, and the egg chair on the balcony (a favorite spot for our 7-year old granddaughter to relax). We enjoyed the snack shack for drinks and treats, ate out a couple of times (Ciao was amazing!), and the rest of the time, we cooked in the huge kitchen that came with absolutely everything we could possibly need or want. We did have an issue with the hot water that was resolved and Felix, the property manager, was easy to reach with questions. Overall I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location, steps from the ocean.

Lovely spacious unit

The unit was clean, spacious and as described. This was our first time in Nuevo, having typically stayed in the hotel zone or closer to PV. If you don’t intend to leave Neuvo, this is a great unit, but you do need to plan to taxi nearly everywhere, even in Nuevo. There are a few places in close walking distance, but not much. The traffic between Nuevo and PV is significant so plan accordingly for that. We also found that pool chairs were hard to come by and people set towels out by 8am. The buildings block the sun in many areas so seats are at a premium. We did not find the hotel security monitoring the saving of seats. All of that said, this is a lovely unit, in a secure property. The beach is beautiful and our family of 4, including two teens, had a great stay. I had a couple of questions for Mandy along the way and she was very responsive! I should also add that we stayed over Christmas so that may have increased the traffic and the pool/beach chair issues. It was definitely peak season.

Great Holiday House

The property is beautiful and just as described. The condo is equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It was nice to have the option of the pool and the beach right there. Within a 15-to-20-minute walk, there are several restaurants on the main street and across the bridge. And the pool snack bar has some very good food options for lunch, snacks and drinks. It was great to wake up on Christmas Day in such a comfortable place. Felix and Mandy quickly responded to our requests. If you are staying on New Year's Eve, be prepared to either join the party sponsored by the Wyndam Altra or sleep in the bedrooms farthest away from the balcony for a little quietness. With a two almost three-year-old, we could not. One complaint was the noise from the occupants below our condo playing music and making loud noises over the weekend of 12/29. Friday until 4:00 am Saturday and then again early on Sunday and late on Monday. Felix tried to handle our complaint. However, Villa Magna needs to have an emergency number available to guests when that happens rather than waiting until the next day to report it. Still, I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone wanting to stay in Nuevo Vallarta. Thanks Mandy for your hospitality!

Perfect Location

The condo was exactly as described. Plenty of space, very clean, and the beachfront view was amazing. Mandy was quick to respond and was very friendly and helpful. Felix, the property manager, was also great. He helped us figure out some fun things to do and gave great recommendations as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Buen lugar para vacacionar en familia

El departamento esta muy bien y muy limpio. Las camas son muy comodas y las almohadas muy buenas. La cocina esta super equipada y tiene aspiradora dyson. El centro de lavado funciona muy bien. Lo único que me disgusto un poco fue que yo rente la propiedad por 2 semanas. Avise que la 1er semana iba mi prima y su esposo y que la segunda iba mi hermana y esposo y a la hora de que llegaron mi hermana y su esposo no los dejaban entrar. Lo cual se me hizo incomodo. Mi estancia fue en julio 2021 y extra al costo del departamento te cobran la luz. Lo cual me pareció completamente absurdo. Nunca antes habia rentado un departamento que te cobre la luz extra a la renta del depa. El asador no funciona bien. Solo funcionan 2 hornillas. Fuera de eso la verdad es que es un lugar muy comodo para vacacionar! Y el departamento esta muy bien.

Great location, perfect condo for family

Beautiful beach location, roomy condo with comfy bedrooms and beds. Steps away from pool on second level, corner? Kitchen well stocked. Carlos and Mandy promptly responded to all our questions or requests. We ate at restaurant, Fajita Republic, three times on our stay. Thanks Mandy!

Perfect family get away

We so enjoyed our stay at the sensational condo in villa magna. Had a few little issues checking in, but after that, everything was great. We especially loved the beach in this Area. The pools were not as equipped with chairs as another rental we used. But the condo was very well equipped and appointed. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacay. We especially loved and enjoyed the balcony... and ate several meals outside. Mandy was an excellent host.

Very few pool chairs

The condo was very clean and mostly pictured on the website. The table on the balcony was broken. The property is part hotel and part condos. The 3 star rating is mainly due to issues with the pool area. The pool area was beautiful but due to the position of the buildings there is no sun until about noon on one side of the pool and not until about 3pm in the other side. There are only a few pool chairs. Not nearly enough to accommodate the number of guests. Lots of chairs at the hotel pool and very few for the condo guests at the other pools. People start reserving chairs at 8am with towels. If you don’t have a chair by 9am you don’t get one. Security patrols the chairs and might take your towels if you leave for more than one hour. This ordinarily wouldn’t be a problem but with such a shortage of pool chairs was difficult. There is an ongoing dispute between the hotel chain and the condo association and we were told by a condo owner that was one reason there were so few pool chairs. The infinity pool is so cold nobody ever got in it. The middle pool was a little warmer. The top pool was heated but is only for the hotel guests. There is good access to the beach with a few more chairs out there. Unfortunately I had an injury requiring me to wear an orthopedic boot so I had to spend most of my time at the pool area rather than the beach.

Great Condo

We have stayed at Villa Magna two times before. This was by far our most favourite stay. The suite was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers hot and the a/c worked great. It is a very spacious suite. We were 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for all of us. The suite is well stocked with towels, beach toys and kitchen necessities. We also had wifi, and netflix on the tv in the livingroom. Mandy sent a great list of information about the area. On previous visits I didn't know about the massages on the beach. Thanks for that info. Roughly $40 Canadian for a 1 hour massage right on the beach. It was amazing. I highly recommend this suite for famiies and/or couples. We absolutely love it here. Thanks :)

Amazing Spring Break!

We stayed at Mandy's condo over our Spring Break from 3/23/19 - 3/30/19 and it was absolutely amazing! We traveled with another family of 4 and there was penty of room for all of us (4 adults, 2 thirteen year olds and 2 ten year olds) to spread out. We LOVED having coffee and breakfast on the deck in the mornings and later in the day, it was just a quick trip from the pool up to the condo if we had to mix a drink or grab a snack. We were nervous about the view since it was a lower condo and set further back (we have stayed at the Villa Magna condos before, but not this unit), but the view was perfect! We had a great view of the ocean AND the resort grounds. Mandy, as well as her property manager, were extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our trip.
