Welcome to The Pines, our happy place. Our goal is for you to have a comfortable, memorable stay while relaxing in the country of Ohio. Get away from it all while still being close to shopping, dining, WPAFB, Nutter Center, Yellow Springs and more. Bask in the seclusion offered by over six acres with both manicured and natural landscapes. Find entertainment in the sights and sounds offered by multiple ponds on the property; plenty of wildlife visits from deer to beautiful birds. Relax and enjoy!

I have to say this house had the most kitchen amenities we've ever come across. House was great, owners were responsive. We had a hiccup with getting into the house, but it was taken care of quickly. We'd definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Beautiful and quiet stay!

We had an amazing getaway! Everything was just as described. Quiet, gorgeous view, house had everything we needed to include a kitchen with all the cooking appliances you'd need. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Quite Clean Centrally located.

Was a perfect place, central to all family we visited. Quite, clean host was great and very accommodating. Only thing bathroom upstairs is kinda small if you are a large/fluffy person. But 2 other bathrooms available. Beds were comfy. Very clean and roomy.

Excellent Rental

We really enjoyed ourselves. The rental was very close to Central State University (7 miles away). There was plenty of other places to eat and shop like Fairfield commons. I can’t thank the host enough for having snacks, games, and plenty of towels for all guest. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was very helpful to have so many beds and pullouts. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the amenities of the TV having all the subscriptions. Appliances and fixtures were nice, and we enjoyed the greeting basket of snacks. We quickly learned where the Wifi was strongest in the house. We would come back.
