This home has 2 full kitchens. The primary kitchen is part of the open plan living area, and off the primary bedroom suite there is an additional studio apartments with a pullout sofa (queen) and a full kitchen. It's perfect for parents with kids or groups that want their own space.
The courtyard pool area is very private, has a hot tub, a large tiki hut, BBQ grill and covered sofa seating. The pool has a large 'sun deck' which is great for small kids to paddle in.
Both kitchens are upgraded with granite countertops and high end appliances - gas stove and large fridge freezer, and plenty of pots/ pans etc.
Approx 15 min drive to Fort Lauderdale, and the same to Boca Raton
