Once you check into your 15th-floor, 180-degree panoramic ocean and mountain view Penthouse, your dream vacation truly begins. Because we understand how the first day of traveling can be challenging, we’ve got your back with a Basket of Goodies for everyone to enjoy. Take a moment to sit back on your lanai, relax, and take in the picturesque views before your island adventure begins.

Our 15th-floor penthouse is extremely private, with only four villas on the floor. You’ll enjoy an abundance of deluxe amenities, including plush towels, super-soft bedding, bathroom niceties, and a full-size washer and dryer. Plus enjoy oversized beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys! The signature state-of-the-art kitchen—designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi—features Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, granite countertops, and all the kitchenware needed to prepare a gourmet dinner or casual afternoon snacks.

The resort features an oversized quiet lap pool, lagoon-style pools, a sand-bottom pool for kids, spas, a dry sauna and steam room, Koi ponds, the Makai Hale Beach Bar, a fully equipped fitness center, outdoor barbecues, and a smoke-free environment. And of course, the beach is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Location, Location, Location: Known for its mild tropical climate, Ko Olina is located on the sunny side of Oahu, just 21 miles from Honolulu Airport. Great place to stay

We have a membership at the Aulani and have had family stay at the Beach Villas and it is wonderful. The location cannot be beat and it is quieter and the views are insane.

One of the best locations to stay on the Island

This may be the best location we have stayed on Oahu. We will definitely stay here again. Having the pools and the lagoon right out the door was nice for days when we didn't want to travel. Aloha!

Great location

Very spacious, quiet condo with an awesome view. It felt like home away from home. Close proximity to all restaurants and shopping at other Ko Olina properties, but still away from the crowds and the noise. Manager Holly is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Fabulous!

Great location, view, property staff, and owners. Everything was clean, organized and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. Our flight was delayed 5 hours, but the staff was very understanding and accommodating. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful time

We were here with our adult children and this was our first time on the island. Booking and communication with the property manager was great. This is a beautiful property and great location with something for everyone. The penthouse was clean and the view amazing! It was great to have the fully stocked kitchen, with a lot of eating and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet pool, incredible lagoons and the gym. Great place to stay on Oahu!

Ko’olina gem

From the time I rented the flat online to my check out the experience has been brilliant. The view from lanai isn’t breathtaking and the Ko’olina location was convenient for shopping and sightseeing. My daughter and I had the best time. Looking forward to returning again!

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The view from the balcony is incredible and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we could need. Holly made several great recommendations for us and was very responsive. The wagon and beach chairs proved invaluable. From rental to check out the process couldn’t have been better. Holly and Lynn were very helpful and always available. But the best part is the unit. Fantastic view! Well equipped kitchen for my husband the chef. Very comfortable furnishings. I hope to return.

Our Perfect Vacation

This is our second time staying at Ko Olina, our first time in this condo. The condo was as advertised! It was clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, beach toys, rolling cart, and had modern TVs that had easy access to all of the latest streaming services. The condo really felt like a home away from home. The view from the lanai was breath taking and we cannot wait to come back. Communication with property management was quick and helpful. We really count ask for a better place to stay while in Oahu!
