We have been staying at Ocean Inn for years but this was our first time staying in this unit. Great 2 bedroom unit. Spacious, updated, clean. Great communication with host. Helped us with a last minute change to our reservation, super accommodating!

This was a return visit for our family. We stayed at a different unit that was just as perfect as the first time! We needed to extend our stay and Sarah was so helpful at making sure we could. The condo was very spacious, clean and equipped for our week! It’s the perfect location, too. We highly recommend

We couldn't have been happier with our stay on IOP with 101 Ocean Inn. It had everything we needed for our stay, was close to the ocean and great restaurants were nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would absolutely stay here again!
We were vacationing and as well as playing baseball at Shipyard park and this condo was perfect! It’s conveniently located on the island and the short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants is easier than a walk through Costco lot. It’s really a great property!
Check in was super easy. Once we arrived we parked our car and didn’t move it again until it was time to come home. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Clean, quiet place.
Wonderful condo, very clean, spacious, and lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Ideal location, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and a nice grocery nearby. Would recommend 5/5!

Nice space
Nice space clean and cozy. Bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed being able to get up in the morning and take my morning walk along the beach since it was only a block away.
Would have liked to open the windows to get a breeze but they seemed to be locked.

This condo has two big windows that are perfect for letting in the fresh air in the spring and fall. I wish you had asked for help... There is an extra flip-lock at the bottom of each window. A perfect getaway!
This condo was adorable and perfect for our mini winter get away. Just the right size for us plus it had the added bonus of the porch for outdoor reading and resting. We especially loved the location. Although we have a vehicle, we prefer walking. The nearby restaurants were excellent, the ocean and ocean front park were an easy stroll, and the downtown of Isle of Palms was delightful. A bonus surprise was a bed that was COMFORTABLE. Cozy might make the place seem too small...it wasn't. It just had a cozy, well decorated and lovely beach feel to it. We would definitely go again.

This condo exceeded my expectations. The unit was nicely updated, clean and equipped with all your needs. The kitchen has a full stove, microwave, full fridge and best of all a coffeepot/keurig machine. There was also enough starter for the coffee and k-cups. Plenty of towels, even a few beach towels, beach chairs outside.Free parking. Conveniently located within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping for all your needs. Really impressed! Also Sarah and Beth were the best right there if you needed anything.
The condo was very clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen had a Keurig/coffee pot duo, bottle & wine opener, and literally any dish you could need to cook or drink with. There was also plentiful soap, sponges, towels, dish washer detergent, etc. We had to buy nothing for the kitchen minus food unlike previous condos where additional soap etc was needed. The beds were very comfy and our kids especially loved the bunk bed room! The living room area was where we hung out most nights relaxing and playing the card games they had there. The walk from the condo to the beach took us less than 5 minutes with the kids in tow and we enjoyed the bars/shops that were easily accessible along the way! Lastly, we enjoyed being within a 5 minute walk a very nice park where the kids played as well. We will likely come back and stay at the same place again someday 3

Exceeded Expectations
The overall stay and perfect condo exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the location and convenient restaurants too. Also Charleston was an easy drive. The pool and entire complex was quiet and very clean. Our vacation was delightful and credit Beth , a delight herself, with ensuring everything was perfect . We were lucky and even checked in a little early. We usually stay in oceanfront resorts, but will come back soon here due to the charm, restfulness, and affordability found at the Ocean Inn and our little “ home away” for the week. We also had comfy captain’s chairs on the porch and a cozy corner inside to read. We appreciate the sweet memories at this special place. Until next time!

Convenient studio apartment, 1 block from beach
My wife and I enjoyed our week at this very convenient studio apartment. At this reasonably-priced apartment, you are within walking distance to a beach, good restaurants, super market, and frozen yogurt shop (Island Ice in shopping center with Harris Teeter). The apartment has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and surface unit, for food prep. A large screen TV has a good lineup of television choices. The property manager, Beth, is very personable and helpful. The bed is a comfortable king. About the only negative was some noise through the walls on weekends. I recommend the place!

We had never been to IOP before but wanted to explore a new beach town. It did not disappoint. Upon arriving one of the condo residents assisted us on where to park. They were not irritated at us as vacationers rather helpful. At one point during our stay my son said “everyone here is so nice.” The property was clean and perfectly stocked with everything one would need. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach and everything else. The Only suggestions I would have is to put a lock on the second bedroom bathroom. A simple hook and eye lock would be perfect. Also a small tv in the second bedroom would be great for rainy days and late nights for teens. But we would 100% stay here again. The property management team was phenomenal! This property is on our frequent list!
I enjoyed my stay in this condo! It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and a quick five-minute walk to the beach and "strip" of IOP where there are several shops and restaurants. I stayed by myself, so there was plenty of room. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than two people to stay here, though I did see an air mattress in the closet.
A few notes to consider.....several different dogs barked throughout the stay and it was not necessarily a "quiet" retreat because of this. The only kitchen sundries that were available was some ground coffee, coffee filters, salt, and pepper. There is a microwave and hotplate but no stove or oven. An extra trash bag or two would have been nice.
I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Thank you for your nice comments. I hope you found our listing of this property to be helpful as it does address many of the things you mentioned but I do want to address a couple of these things for future guests. First and foremost, we are on and off the property numerous times a day and are always happy to address issues such as noise or the need of extra provisions. We cannot assist if we are unaware of the problem. When needs are more immediate, there are always extras of everything available in our laundry room for anyone who asks. Most of the time we provide a treat and water on arrival but unfortunately we are not able to store other food items (sugar, creamer, etc) since we must do all we can to avoid attracting bugs. Keeping our condos exceptionally clean helps with that as well. As a cost effective option, our studios provide a kitchenette for guests to make simple meals on a single induction cook top or in a microwave or toaster.
Ms J, if you return to the area in the future (and we hope you will!) it's possible that one of our 1-bedroom units might provide more of what you need since they will have a full kitchen with an oven.
This was my second time staying at this wonderful condo. The location is great, the condo itself is perfect for 1-2 people, it's quiet and comfortable. Beth, the property manager, is so personable, excellent communication. Five stars all around!
My husband and I stayed here for a week long getaway for our 5th wedding anniversary an it was perfect! The place was spotless and so cozy! The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon are so nice for a day at the beach which is only about a block away! There are so many great restaurants within walking distance and a Harris Teeter across the intersection! I would highly recommend staying here to everyone! Management was so friendly too! We loved the "Bright and Beachy" studio. Ideally located, just a short stroll to the beach, and close to groceries, restaurants, etc., it is also peaceful, quiet, and safe. The unit is adorably decorated and squeaky clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Her efficient and informative emails answered every possible question before we could ask. We enthusiastically recommend the "Bright and Beachy" studio and have no suggestions for improvement. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable week!
