Wake up to beautiful Lake Anna views with coffee on the oversized back deck.

Enjoy a camp fire, keeping warm during the fall and winter, and during the Spring and Summer enjoy sitting on your private deck with a great view of Lake Anna.

This property is situated in on a cove to provide enjoyable views and privacy!

The living area of this one-story home has double doors to allow you to access your serenity, a water-view oasis. Kick back with a vacation read or stretch out and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The modern kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and well stocked with all the tools a home chef might need. Six can sit for family-style meals at the dining table, and three barstools in the eat in kitchen. There is also 2 three-person tables and chairs for outside meals as well as numerous outside chairs

In this house you'll find the kitchen, living room, dining room, powder room and laundry room with large washer and dryer.

This Community is gated and Golf Cart Friendly! If you wish to bring your golfcart, you're more than welcome to!

*This property includes 2 kayaks, 2 life jackets and 2 paddles. This property is conveniently located right across the street from a boat launch area. Bluewater, is a gated subdivision that provides its residents, one community area and 3 boat launches.

Beach towels are NOT provided

We are a 15 minute drive to the nearest grocery store in one direction and 15 minutes to downtown Louisa in another direction. We are 30 minutes from the nearest Walmart.

Memorial Day weekend

The house was perfect for our needs and close to the winery where we attended the VA Renaissance Faire. Everything was clean and well kept. Our teens endorsed the kayaks and the fire pit.

House was as pictured. If you do not care about being able to access the water easily then this home will be perfect for you. About 2 night vacation

I stayed in this house for two nights, but the deck was dirty and full of insects. The entrance code to the area didn’t work, and the bedroom doors and one of the bathroom doors were stuck and hard to open. The host claimed that the toilet paper holder was broken and there was a stain on the coffee table, which was totally unfair. I’ve never had an experience like this in my entire life.

House is cute and has all the basic necessities. Only the bedrooms have blinds, living room kitchen etc has no blinds or curtain which felt creepy at night. The property is not kept well. The dried leaves everywhere on front and back decks that we had to sweep ourselves to enjoy tome on the deck. The furniture on the patio is dirty and we had to clean ourselves as well. The grill is completely broken and unusable. Additionally, despite charging us 290 for cleaning fee the booklet in the house still told us we had to clean EVERYTHING and put them back in their place even though nothing on this listing mentioned cleaning requirements.

Great retreat by the lake

Overall the property was great, very clean inside, and this is a must in my mind. We don't do dirty. The home is very cute and great proximity to the lake, breweries, and spots for food. We only had short stay over a weekend but would love to go back for longer stay. Only things I would recommend is getting all the cob webs and saw dust cleaned up around the front door before guests arrive. The saw dust was thick and stuck to shoes, it tracked inside the home and into our vehicles. The deck and railings are beautiful though. Maybe a brighter light bulb in the light above door because at night it was very hard to see the door keypad, and it was not lit up. Great home, thank you very much for having us!!
