Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway near Tim's Ford Lake. The Reserve at Holiday Landing neighborhood is the perfect combination of a getaway destination to enjoy the Lake, nearby nature trails, or just a nice space to reset.

The home sleeps 10 comfortably, with three bedrooms and a bunk room that is perfect for the kids, equipped with a pac-man gaming console. Master bedroom with Queen bed on the main level. One King bedroom and a Queen bedroom connected to a full bath Jack and Jill upstairs. The bunk room is off of the upstairs hallway, closed off by a custom barn door. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. Take a short stroll down to the Lake!

Guest will have access to the Golf cart, Subject to availability, seasonal.

The pictures do not do this amazing property any justice! It is such a beautiful property that our only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time there! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again! Words cannot describe how pleased we all were with this home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and kitchen well stocked. We especially appreciated the covered deck with fireplace and tv, and the firepit in the woods. The location was nice, being close to town and near plenty of parks and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was beauitful inside and out. Couldnt ask for a better stay. House was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The beds were so comfortable we didnt want to get out of them. The deck has a tv so relaxing setting on the deck enjoying nature sounds. in the back yard was a fire pit kids really enjoyed roasting marshmallows. There was a golf cart to take you to the lake which was also walking distance. The owner was quick to answer all my queations. Everything you would need walmart dollar genernal are within a few minuted. Perfect getaway we will definitely be staying again.

This house was amazing. Very clean and met all our families needs. The property description needs updated though. First level has a 1/2 bath toilet and sink at the entry door also a single King bedroom with bath and shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom Jack and Jill style with a tub / shower, one queen bed and one king bed. The fourth bedroom is a step up small loft style bedroom with 4 single kids beds. The outside tv and fireplace weren’t working but the host offered us options to accommodate. The outside fire pit was amazing and we used it every night. There was plenty of firewood offered by the host so we didn’t have to buy any. We didn’t use the gas powered utility vehicle so I can’t comment on it but it was there for us to use if needed. The host responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re in the area and need a family friendly relaxing place to stay.

Hi David, I appreciate your review (although a 4 star is disheartening to see though you had a great experience) and it was a pleasure hosting you.While I am not sure what you are referring to on updating the listing as all bedrooms, bathrooms, and spaces are properly listed under "rooms and beds" on our listing. I apologize about the outdoor TV and did everything I possibly could to get that remediated during your stay over a weekend period. We have already installed a new TV outside. Im glad to see you would stay again and appreciate you staying with us.
