What more to say? Truly an exceptional and memorable place to stay. Hats off to the owners, this is a really neat/special place. Was a bit perplexed initially at first re all the earplugs around, but time soon revealed the secret. Given that we used to live about a block away many years ago, those sweet sounds were not unfamiliar/unwelcome.... ;-)
Really cool place with a LOT of charm. Close to UofA campus. Will definitely stay here again when back in town. Very responsive in communications, very friendly. The whole family loved this place.
A unique property! We loved staying here: much more space than we needed (just two of us 2 small dogs) but we enjoyed the high ceilings and space and extra room to spread out. The outdoor spaces, front and back, are completely fenced/walled in, making it one of the best places we’ve stayed w/dogs. And those 2 courtyards are lovely—I did some work at the big table one warm afternoon (lots of shade), and was joined by dozens of butterflies flitting around. The wild murals and vintage touches (old Life magazines, turntable and records, etc.) made this place memorable and fun. Very comfortable seating areas and beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Cool neighborhood that feels artsy and safe. We’d love to come back! (Also—I left an item behind and Anthony kindly offered to send it to me, which I’m grateful for. All communication with him was excellent.)
This house was the perfect place for our family to gather for our son's graduation from the University of Arizona nursing school. No one will forget it! The patios in front and back were excellent hangout spots, as was the dining room. Anthony was very responsive to our needs. It added that special touch that only Tucson offers.
Very cool aesthetic. Absolutely loved all of the art. Very impressed when we recognized it was the same artists on some of the huge murals in the city. Easy drive to most of the major sights and multiple food options nearby. Never had trouble finding parking, either. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The private front courtyard and backyard were fantastic. Very comfortable and serene.

Thank you Heather! It was a pleasure to host your family!
This house is an absolute gem! It looks even more gorgeous in person. The beautiful murals give it a very unique look, and the fountain and the swings outside are such a nice addition too. Everything was good quality, well maintained, and clean, and the communication with the host was outstanding. I asked to host the day of our stay whether we could check in early, fully expecting an no, but he was able to get us in a full four hours early. Overall, we all had an amazing time and we recommend this place to anybody.
This home is a stunner! From the relaxing courtyard with bubbling fountain, two gorgeous murals. and everpresent birdsong, to the charming, eclectic, colorful interior with murals on main walls throughout the house, to the quiet and shaded back patio with full size dining table perfect for meals or games, to the cozy adjustable firmness beds...this unique home was the perfect home base for graduation weekend. I spent every morning sipping coffee by the fountain, listening to birds, and we spent every afternoon eating or playing games on the patio in back. The host, Tony, was responsive to all of our needs, even helping us figure out the turntable to play his amazing collection of albums. Games galore upstairs, a shower "room" downstairs, plenty of rooms to spread out or gather together. Highly recommend this home for an artsy relaxation weekend!
This is not your cookie cutter short term rental. My adult son and I took a little weekend road trip to Tucson and I wanted to stay in the arts district. It was a good choice, as there were many galleries, restaurants and things to see within a couple of miles. The property itself is top-notch. The house was comfortable and so interesting to stay in! Extremely clean. Plenty of big fluffy towels. The kitchen has high-end appliances and is gorgeous. The furniture is eclectic and comfortable. Besides the murals, there was other artwork that was also very nice. You can see the fascinating murals in the pictures, but there are so many details to the house that added even more to an interesting stay, one being the turntable with Bose speakers and a really nice selection of vinyl. There are two outside areas and both are absolutely beautiful. The house was a little more than what we needed, as we didn't even use the upstairs area at all. It can easily accommodate more people and has plenty of room to spread out, both indoors and out. Our host Anthony was extremely responsive. I had just a couple of questions before we arrived and he answered within minutes. This was really a good choice and we enjoyed our stay.
