Welcome to Crowes Cottages! Located between the beaches, these charming cottages provide a rare opportunity for the perfect vacation in Maine. We have blended together rustic style cottages with modern amenities to make for a relaxed and comfortable week (or two!) at the seacoast, reminiscent of the way life used to be or as we say in Maine, "the way life should be". Crowes Cottages has been a family destination for over 40 years in York Beach. We feel very fortunate to have recently purchased the property from the "Crowe" family and feel confident we can provide wonderful family experiences for the next 40 years! Our foundation will be great customer service that will lead to great rental experiences here at Crowes! We bring over 14 years of experience managing other rentals in York Beach, with a proven track record of ensuring clean, well appointed units that will exceed guests expectations.

Boasting 2 bedrooms, applianced kitchens and located in a very short walk to both Long Sands and Short Sands. These cottages are rustic, and affordable in price. Please be prepared to bring your own linen and towels. Also, we do not provide pantry items such as condiments. The showers are small stall showers and we do have an outdoor enclosed shower that has hot and cold water. Whatever you decide to do, enjoy our comfortable cottages as your home base. We also provide picnic benches for outdoor dining and there is parking for two cars. On the property we provide horseshoes, room for the kids to play and a couple of charcoal grills. Each cottage has 1 AC window unit. Come, park and play!

Crowes is located so close to everything you can literally park the car and leave it for the week while you enjoy walking to two beaches and downtown York Beach. If you are familiar with the Short Sands area, then you know there is plenty for everyone to do. Of course there is a sandy beach, but also a large new modern playground and volleyball court being completed for the 2024 summer season, penny candy, casual and fine dining options and of course, ice cream shops! York Beach is unique in that it offers entertainment for the family that will remind you of yesteryear. York's Wild Kingdom is a small amusement park with a very nice zoo. Check out the gazebo near the ocean and enjoy the weekly live music while the kids are at the arcade or bowling!
