About this property

Beautiful ocean views & walking distance to the beach.

Our Maine cottage has hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, including gas range/oven, dishwasher, & microwave, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people with 1 queen bed & 1 full & 1 twin bed. An AC unit in the living-room cools the entire cottage. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower & pedestal sink. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water to enjoy after a day at the beach or just for fun. The backyard deck has beautiful views of the ocean, including Nubble Light & Boone Island. Dine al fresco after using the outside gas grill or inside in front of the large picture window facing the ocean. Or dine out at The Lobster Cove restaurant, just a short walk away.

Great location with beautiful view

This was our third stay at this cottage.We really love it. It's a great location and it's nice knowing Beth (the caretaker) is close by. The cottage was clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here.

Cozy, spotless cottage with all the amenities we needed (and then some). Manager greeted us personally and inquired re our needs throughout our visit. Very friendly neighbors and lovely views from the back deck. Very relaxed, convenient, and mellow spot. Despite location on 1A, traffic was never an issue and the convenience was spot-on re walking, bike riding, parks, beaches and restaurants. We definitely recommend the property.

Family Vacation

Our stay at the “Maine house” as my kids were calling it was amazing. We absolutely loved the week we were there. Beth greeted us upon arrival and we just knew it was going to be a perfect home away from home.

Great cottage, beautiful views!

The cottage was as pictured, well stocked with supplies and clean. The view is amazing and we loved sitting on the deck and being able to walk to the beach and explore the tidepools away from the crowds. Thanks for a great stay

Oceanside vacation

Perfect oceanfront stay

The house was clean, bright and airy with beautiful ocean views. We spent many hours on the back deck enjoying the salty air and sea breeze. The location was perfect - a nice neighborhood and an easy walk to Nubble Light (2 miles), York Beach (1 mile), Hartley Mason Reserve (1 mile). And an easy drive to many great towns.

Perfect for a family of four

We had an amazing time in your cottage and found it to be absolutely perfect for our family. Our children loved running around the backyard and being so close to the trolley stop. The parents loved the idyllic views of the water and the proximity to York beach. It was a perfect vacation!
