Great stay here before our cruise. Clean, comfortable bed, good kitchen set up. AC worked great. Huge apartment so plenty of room for two people. Steven, the onsite manager is great, even walked us to the grocery store and the local restaurant.

I grew up on St. Maarten, and I have lived in the US for many years. I bought this place so my family and I could be close to everything. If we need to go to Marigot, Maho or Mullet Bay we can just walk outside and hop on a bus.
Why they chose this property
We are centrally located in Philipsburg and minutes away from the beach. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two pullout sofas in the living room area. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. The balcony provides views of Backstreet with its colorful street life. The apartment has a kitchenette with all the necessary items and appliances to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Grocery stores are short distances away. Television and Wi-Fi are provided.
