Arizona wine country gem nestled between Old Town Cottonwood and Historic Clarkdale, just 1 mile from the Tuzigoot National Monument and Verde river access. Dual patios overlook Sedona, Jerome, and the Mingus mountains.

We’ve set up the house to be a perfect balance of work and play. There are two dedicated offices with sit stand desks and monitors, along with a third sit stand desk in the queen bedroom. We have a full gym, paddle boards, and lots of local hiking, music, and wine tasting tips to make your stay memorable.

Most amazing housing experience!!

My family of five was blown away by this property! The house was so much more spacious than we had expected and my 18, 15, and 12 year old children ALL gave the rental two thumbs up! (They never agree on anything, so this is high praise!). The house had everything we could have possibly needed…comfortable beds, outdoor seating, every appliance possible, laundry facility, extra blankets and pillows, and wine on ice when we arrived! The location is amazing, with breathtaking views out every window (house is located up on a hill). We were less than a ten minute drive from the cutest town of Cottonwood…offering wine tastings, shopping, yummy restaurants, and gelato. We would happily rent this property again. Thanks so much for spoiling us!

Why they chose this property

The Palisades neighborhood in Clarkdale is relatively undiscovered, quiet, and peaceful. You can unplug from it all and watch the Javelinas or Quails play, but can also easily walk into Cottonwood or Clarkdale for live music, fantastic wine, beer, or top end restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful custom built home with impeccable attention to detail. You'll love the custom stained glass, hand sculpted fireplaces, and conveniences to make your stay enjoyable like SONOS sound throughout the house, misters on the patio for hot days, and both boardgames and outdoor games.

We've built this house to be a beautiful balance or work and play: We have two dedicated offices with sofa beds, and an additional sit-stand desk in the Mingus Mountain bedroom. We also have a full gym with free weights, a treadmill, and an elliptical.
