Charming 2-bedroom, cozy cottage in the quaint village of Madison, CT
TWO NIGHT MIN STAY. ACADEMIC RENTAL FROM OCT THRU MAY 2026 $3200. Includes all utilities. This property has been lovingly renovated and features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors as well as a large kitchen that cooks will love! The kitchen features a huge island that seats five people. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. We are located in a quiet neighborhood that is approx. 4 miles from the town village, three town beaches & Hammonasset State Park. You can enjoy the many boutique shops of Madison and near by towns of Essex & Chester. The area also offers lots of great dining opportunities. The cottage has a private deck for al fresco dining and a terrace with a firepit to enjoy those cool late summer and fall evenings. The lower level of the cottage has a studio apartment that we stay in when we are in town. It has it's own private entrance and terrace. The laundry room is located in the lower area and is the only shared space.
