Quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from the Masters and Surrey Center and 10 minutes to downtown Augusta and North Augusta, and the SRP Park. Due to the location you will be able to get to the Augusta National quickly. Three bedrooms and two full baths, a full kitchen, laundry room and garage. The driveway has enough space for multiple vehicles. There are a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located nearby. We are also close to the location of the Ironman 70.3, roughly 10-15 minute drive.

We are from Augusta and grew up understanding how big of a deal the Masters is and enjoy being a part of it.

Why they chose this property

My grandparents bought this house and rented it out for the Masters and it has been passed down to us so we are carrying on that tradition. It is a quiet neighborhood that is close to great restaurants, downtown and the tournament.
