Your Ballard adventure starts here! This modern, spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests and boasts fun amenities, including an arcade game, shuffleboard table, and a rooftop deck with a firepit. Relax with your group in style, explore local restaurants, shops, and breweries just minutes away, or unwind by the fire under the covered rooftop. Perfect for families or friends seeking the best of Seattle’s charm and comfort!
- Quite hours: from 10pm-8am

- No shoes inside the house please

- No parties, events, or large gatherings

- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.

- Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement.

- Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.

- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house, guest will be loose the $500 damage deposit for breaking our no smoking policy.

- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions.

- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.

Great place to stay in Ballard!

Great place to stay in Ballard!Our stay here was excellent. The house was amazingly clean and just how described. The beds were beyond comfortable that made a perfect night's sleep.The kitchen was very well equipped to make just about anything! Communication here was always quick with a response the few times I had a question.Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very clean, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and linens were stocked. A bigger cookie sheet would’ve been great. Also, the bunk beds are not anchored to the wall which makes them dangerous, they almost tipped over when one of our guests was getting out. Other than that, the place was fanatic and clean and we had a great time!

Great space

The townhouse was a good layout for our family of 5. Additionally, it was very clean, with comfortable beds. Just a heads up that the driveway is very narrow and you definitely need a car/ smaller SUV to access it. We parked on the street which was not difficult for finding parking. The location is about 20 minutes North of the city/Space Needle/ ball park etc. in Ballard there is a fun downtown area about 10 mins from the house, a pretty beach area, and Green Lake with lots of walking and bike trails. I would definitely stay here again!

Family affair

We came over for a baby shower with all ages of girls, including my 6m old great grand-daughter and my husband, who relaxed while we were gone. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready and afterwards we sat comfortably and ate Thai that was delivered. We played games at the table and really had a fun family night.Everything was clean and comfortable...beds were super comfy and the bedding was soft and cozy! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.Communications were awesome and very friendly.Also, checking in and out was a breeze.Thanks for an amazing place to hang out on our busy weekend!!

Kitchen work space was amazing. I was just missing a bowl or 2 for salad and veggies when serving. Kitchen was well stocked, I used the last of the plastic wrap, but I replaced it and added some foil, parchment and few other cooking necessities. The grocery store was conveniently located 2 blocks away.
