Everything in the home was wonderful. We stayed for 2 weeks with a group of friends over the labor day weekend and there was space for all 7 of us. The air conditioning was great during the hot Seattle August and the location was great as it was close to bus lines running up and down to downtown Seattle.Everyone had great things to say about the home and the communication with the property owner was easy. Overall it was a great stay!
My family and I stayed at the home the night before heading out for an Alaskan cruise. Location was perfect, short drive to the cruise terminal and the house itself was even better. Easy check in process and great communication with the property manager
From initial booking to checking out, all was excellent! We would stay again. There is too much we enjoyed about this property to write a short summary! Host communication was great and fast responding. It is a beautiful property and well taken care of.
Sam was a great host that was very communicative and responsive. The home had a great lay out for a group to hangout together and have plenty of personal space. Parking was easy and useful. Thank you for making a group trip memorable and fun.
This was a great house for us and our dogs. An older home but the remodel, especially the kitchen, was perfect. Good, fenced yard and close to everything Ballard has to offer. Sam was a fabulous communicator. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in this lovely home while visiting our son over the Christmas holiday. There is plenty of bedrooms, 4 with king beds and one single, so it was fun to pick and choose our places. The laundry area is super cute with new w/d and the entire property is well maintained and clean. We were within walking distance to restaurants, bars and downtown Ballard. Since we cooked many of our meals, we were very happy with the large amount of cooking utensils and pots. Sam, the manager went above & beyond to meet our needs. He replied quickly to any corresponse I sent. I highly recommend this property!
Sam's home is so cozy! There were enough rooms for my family to all feel comfortable. The house had new amenities while also having a vintage flavor. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal for a family. Sam was very kind and was just a text away. Highly recommend Sam and this property.
Charming house in Ballard; perfect for vacation with friends
We had the best time in this charming house in Ballard. The neighborhood is very cute with a good coffee shop and grocery within 5-10min walk. The kitchen and living room were cozy and well decorated. Loves the outdoor covered area. There were only two bathrooms which was only problematic because we were going to a wedding and all of us needed mirrors but on a daily basis not an issue.
What a perfect gem of a house! We were a group of 6 women, mostly in our late 30's/early 40's, celebrating the bride before her big day... and with 5 separate bedrooms the house was just the right size for us. It was also spotless from top to bottom. The bed I stayed in was beyond comfortable, and the others said the same about their beds as well. The shared spaces were also really comfortable and served our needs, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed all weekend. I really appreciated the welcome binder full of great information about the house and surrounding neighborhood. I loved that there were board games and books sprinkled throughout the house, as well as a couple of Bluetooth speakers for our music... what cool touches! The location was also fantastic! We felt very safe walking around at night, and it was super nice to be a couple of blocks away from a convenient store, a few restaurants, and walking distance from the main part of town. Sam, the owner, was really friendly and easy to communicate with, and always available to provide awesome recommendations for our group. We were all very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this house! Thank you Sam!
