Enjoy this spacious and comfortable home located in a residential neighborhood on Ocracoke Island. Both a living area and den provide a great vacation getaway for family and friends. 3 Bedrooms: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 4 cable TVs. The den features a pool table. The kitchen offers a wine refrigerator and both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. High chair. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. The exterior offers a deck, large front yard, hammock, hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking for two vehicles. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe. Three rolling carts are provided for transport to water access at the end of the street. Life jackets are not provided, if you wish to rent them, please contact Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist. No Smoking. Pet Friendly - Dogs Only. Limit of 2 Dogs. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival. Property Layout: First Floor: Living Room with TV. Eat-in Kitchen. Den/Game Room. King bed with TV. Bath with tub/shower. Laundry closet. Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with King bed, TV, and Primary Bath with tub/shower. Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and a Twin, TV, and Primary Bath with tub/shower.

Beautiful, Clean and Spacious

This rental has been beautifully decorated - very refreshing and modern. Super clean and plenty of room. Canoe, kayaks and pool table a huge plus! Outdoor shower very nice and roomy. Would stay again!!
