Just minutes away from the renowned beaches and vibrant restaurants of Samaná and Las Terrenas, you'll find yourself in the heart of paradise. Nestled in a small, private, quiet neighborhood, this two-bedroom, one bath apartment was just completed in July 2024.
**IMPORTANT:**
- Please note that the main road to access the property is still under development. It is in a rural area but drivable.
- The beach on the property is more suited for walking and enjoying the shore than for swimming. While it's great for a stroll and playing on the sand, I recommend visiting nearby beaches for a better swimming experience.
