Welcome to your home away from home! This bright and spacious 2-bedroom condo is ideally located in the heart of downtown Calgary, offering a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and style. Whether you're here for business, leisure, or a little bit of both, this fully-equipped condo provides everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Buy all your groceries from the Sunterra located in your building, or take a quick walk over to Saddledome for a fun night out!
For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.
Please note: You MUST fully stop your vehicle at the entrance of the garage when entering and fully await to close before continuing on. If you fail to do so the building will automatically send a fine and you will be charged a minimum of $176.25 for violating.
