PET FRIENDLY
An additional non-refundable pet fee is collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350. DOGS ONLY - Maximum of 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Location was great. Property could use some updating. A vacuum cleaner would be super useful to keep the sand down. Ibought a sweeper vac while we were there. Kitchen was stocked OK, no measuring cups. No grill

Location is the best part of this property. It sits across the street from direct beach access and both porches face west so we had lots of awesome sunsets. The house itself was just OK. It needs some care. We felt like it has been neglected for some time, as far as exterior appearance and amenities. The kitchen was missing some basic items (can opener, colander, oven mitts, etc) and we were staying for a month, so we needed those things. I will say the property management was very responsive in getting us all the things we needed in a timely manner. Also, the bedding was very comfortable and the bath towels were nice, high quality products. If you're looking for a property with amazing views that is reasonably priced and don't mind the overall sort of run down appearance of the place, inside and out, this is probably one of the best values you'll find in the area.
